Seara Foods - JEDDAH
Jawar Al Jazira, a leading company in the industry, was selected by Seara Food Factory for a highly prestigious and significant project. The project, located in Jeddah’s 2nd Industrial City, showcased Jawar Al Jazira’s exceptional capabilities and expertise. JJCO, the primary contractor for the project, the work that surpassed expectations.

Siemens - K-14 Factory relocation
Jawar Al Jazeera was honored to be chosen as the main contractor for the significant task of relocating the world-renowned Siemens K-14 Jeddah Factory to its new location in Asfan – Modon Oasis – 4th Industrial City. Our team worked diligently to ensure a smooth and successful transition for this esteemed factory, representing a monumental achievement in our portfolio.
Siemens - Asfan Factory
Jawar Al Jazira played a critical and indispensable role in the establishment and success of Siemens Asfan Factories. Comprising of four impressive zones including a multi story functional warehouse, these factories are not only a testament to the ingenuity of JJCO, but a magnificent display of their unparalleled workmanship and commitment to excellence.
Pearl Polyurethane Factories 7 & 8
After achieving great success for decades in the UAE, Pearl Polyurethane Systems has expanded its presence to Saudi Arabia. For their factories Number 7 and 8 located in Modon, Asfan 4th Industrial City, Pearl Polyurethane Systems has selected Jawar Al Jazira as their trusted and experienced contractor. JJCO is proud to have been the sole contractor for this project.
Kerry - Dry blending and Chiller Project.
