The brief
Extension works for Seara Foods Line 3 to support expanded production capacity within the existing factory. JJCO is managing the project as main contractor, coordinating production-area modifications with MEP service extensions and civil works.
Scope of work
- Civil modifications and production-area preparation for Line 3
- Mechanical service extensions and process-area coordination
- Electrical distribution, containment and service connections
- Finishing works within hygienic industrial production areas
- Under-construction QA/QC, coordination and handover documentation
